Pre-registered entries must be received by June 10, 2008. Entries on the day of the event will be first come, first served, as space permits. Gates open at 8a.m. Vehicles must be in place by 10:00 a.m. Awards will be presented between 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

The number of entries in each class will determine the number of awards given [ 1^st 2^nd & 3^rd place]

· You must complete an ‘Agreement, Waver and Release" to enter your car.

· If a form is not attached to this flyer, you may request one in writing to CCM at the address below.

From North, South or West of Sacramento: From the point where 99 intersects with 50 in Sacramento, take highway 50 East towards South Lake Tahoe. Drive 12 miles and exit at Sunrise, Go North on Sunrise to the 3^rd. light [Coloma]. Turn left on Coloma and go seven lights [3 miles] turn right an Chase Drive, from there follow the signs to the show.

From Reno: Take I-80 West, through Sacramento to the intersection of I-80 and highway 50 and follow the directions above.

From South Lake Tahoe: Go West on highway 50 to Sunrise: go North on Sunrise and follow the directions above.

Agreement, Waiver, and Release

I fully understand and acknowledge that: (a) There are risks and dangers associated with participation in Car Shows, including but not limited to those of bodily injury, partial and/or total disability, paralysis and death; (b) The social and economic losses and/or damages, which could result from those risks and dangers could be severe; (c ) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of participants or the negligence of others, including but not limited to the "Releasees" named above; (d) There may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably foreseeable at the time.

As parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s), I consent to instruct minor participating in Car Show to inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, or I will inspect said facility and equipment myself, and if he or she believes anything is unsafe, the participant or parent or legal guardian should immediately advise the Show representative of such condition and refuse to participate until faulty condition is corrected. Participant shall be fully instructed by parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) and encouraged to adhere to any Show rules established by sponsors and common courtesy.

PARENTAL CONSENT: I hereby consent that my child ,_______________, participate in the above activity, and I hereby execute the above Agreement, Waiver, and Release on his/her behalf. I state that said minor is physically able to participate in said activity. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold persons and entities mentioned above free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which they may incur as a result of the death or any injury or property damage that said minor may sustain while participating in said activity.
